1972: Born on 23^rd January 1972 to Mrs. and Mr. O P Bajaj

1993: Completed graduation in B.com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi

1995: Attained MBA degree from IIM, Ahmadabad

1995-1996: Mr. Pankaj Bajaj worked as a Management Consultant

1996: Joined Eldeco Group as Promoter Director of Group

2000: Mr. PankajBajaj Founded Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd. (EIPL) under an umbrella of Eldeco Group

2011: Mr. Pankaj Bajaj was appointed as President of CREDAI NCR

Mr. Pankaj Bajaj has completed his post graduate programme from one of the prestigious institute of India IIM-Ahmadabad. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj left his respective professional careers in the field of Management Consultancy to join the real estate industry in 1996 and adjoined to Eldeco Group as Promoter Director.

Last year, an order from the Punjab and Haryana High Court had banned the practice in Gurgaon.

On this Mr. PankajBajaj, President, CREDAI NCR said, "One option developers have is to use the treated water from the sewage plans but that would provide much less than the actual requirement. The other option is to get water from nearby areas through tankers and that will hugely increase the cost of water".
